RV-D.AR abrasion resistant drop-through rotary valve and RV-B.AR abrasion resistant blow-through rotary valve adopts different wear-resisting plans according to customers' purchasing demands and characteristics of different materials. In different parts, different wear-resisting materials and different abrasion-resistant machining crafts will be adopted, which can maintain a good clearance, prolong valve service life and save maintaining cost. RS series big size rotary valve adopts a plan of replacing wear armors, which offers a better choice for high production cost and high output producers. 

It consists of a positive pressure airlock valve and material and air mixed feeding pipe, mainly used for highly corrosive and granular type materials. It avoids the attack and corrosion from material through high mixture efficiency of feeding pipe. The aerodynamic design inside the feeding pipe improves the conveying efficiency and working life. By connecting the feeding pipe in series, materials from different hoppers can be conveyed through the same line.
